Dirt Poor Jack Barnes 9781505667172 Books Reviews
I went to school with Jackie and NEVER realized how awful his life was! My prayers go out to him!
A raw first hand account of what life is like for some of the working poor. Documents the human costs of failed parenting combined with an inadequate educational system.
A very candid, unedited account of the life story of someone probably all of us know or knew of. Nothing left unsaid. Nothing held back. As someone who grew up in a happy, loving home and enjoyed all the pleasures of being a child, it was a wake up call. This book is about a young mans struggles and never having a chance to live in a world that most of us took for granted. Wonderful childhood memories that most of us have are only something he probably only dreamed of.
